Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible candidate to manage our QA System supporting our R&O and Manufacturing departments. Duties include oversight of our AS9100 and AS9110 quality programs, oversight of R&O Final Inspectors and Quality department employees, lead root cause analysis, creating/updating PFMEAS, Process Flow Diagrams, IControl Plans, Document review, etc.
Duties:
- Maintain necessary record keeping: part numbers, work orders, serial numbers
- Ensure compliance with Quality Assurance Program requirements for MRO and OEM departments
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective and preventative actions
- Lead implementation of AS13100 compliance program
Wages:
Salary $80,000 to $110,000 per year

Required Skills:
- Strong verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Strong organization and technical skills
- Experience in aircraft quality standards - AS9100, AS9110, AS13100 or ISO9000 is desirable
- Full understanding of gauging, gauging techniques for close tolerance and machining
- Experience working within an ERP system
- Experience with performing Root Cause Analysis
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality, engineering or inspection role would be considered an asset
- Advanced proficiency in managing documents, spreadsheets and databases
- Ability to liaise internally and externally on quality matters
- Exceptional filing, record-keeping and organizational skills
- Lean and Six Sigma certifications
- Experience in Measurement Systems Analysis, and PAP processes (PFMEAS, PFDs, Control Plans, etc...)
- Diploma/Certificate in Engineering or Quality would be an assest
- Must have a valid passport
